On-site binder reviews add travel time within Taiwan and room setup. Pure digital packets stay leaner.
Policy languages
Bilingual markup (Chinese and English) adds drafting time on gap reviews and coaching materials.
Turnaround
Rush windows under ten business days may carry a priority fee when the calendar allows.
