Inquiries submitted through our contact form are invitations to discuss a possible engagement; they do not create a binding audit contract until both parties sign an engagement letter.

Content on this site describes professional expense audit and related advisory work for internal finance teams. Descriptions are informational. Fees, timelines, and deliverables for a specific engagement are set only in a written engagement letter.
Intellectual property
Text, design, and branding on this site belong to Automated Cloud Services or its licensors. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial use without prior written consent. Findings packs and workpapers produced under an engagement remain subject to the IP clauses in that engagement letter.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site by attempting to disrupt its operation, scrape content at scale, submit malicious or deceptive form content, or use the site to infringe others’ rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan. Courts in Taiwan have jurisdiction over disputes arising from use of this website, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
