When a sprint fits
Use this when the close is two weeks away, the board pack needs a clean statement on expense controls, or internal audit asked for evidence of recent testing. It is not meant to replace a full-cycle audit when claim volume is high or prior findings remain open.
Scope in practice
We agree a sample — often stratified by cost center or claim type — test supporting documents, and return a severity-tagged list within five to eight business days. Your team stays responsible for chasing employees on missing receipts.
